Article V - Membership Fee

Section 1: The membership fee is $10.00 per year.
Section 2: Membership shall be paid before the participant's first tournament or meeting.
Section 3: The members are required to pay the greens fee for all rounds. NO refunds are made to golfers who withdraw during a round.

Article VI - Officers

Section 1: The officers are: the President, Secretary/Treasurer, 3 Auditors from the membership -at- large and the Outing organizer on each month tournament & Editor of KDGA newsletter.
Section 2: The officers shall be elected during the November business meeting.
Section 3: Only deaf residents of Kentucky Deaf Golfers Association are eligible to become officers.

Article VII - Duties Of Officers

Section 1: The officers shall serve a full two - year term.
Section 2: The President shall preside at all meetings. The President shall enforce order and adhere to start observance of the bylaws.
Section 3: The Secretary/Treasurer shall perform the duties of the President in case of his absence at membership meetings.
Section 4: The Secretary/Treasurer shall make a report at the November business meeting; Keep the records of the minutes of all business meetings; keep accounts of the association funds in a savings bank; and deposit all the monies to the credit of KDGA in a savings bank of his residential city.
Section 5: The Audit committee shall audit and examine the books of the treasure before all business meetings.
Section 6: The Outing organizer shall be responsible for organizing the association's golf outing and tournaments. He/She shall secure golf courses for that purpose and delegate responsibility for hosting each outing to those who are interested.

Article VIII - Committees

Section 1: The law committee of this association shall consist of the Golf Director and two members chosen by the President. The Secretary/Treasurer is also the chair of the Law committee and with approval of the President, is authorized to selected two persons to serve with him as the USGA Rules Committee.

Article IX - Complaints

Section 1: All complaints with two signatures of witness as the conduct KDGA member must be filed with a written report to the Director of the association. The director shall immediately notify the members of the KDGA Executive committee who are request to the trouble, to proceed to investigate during or after the tournament as applicable.
